Initiate Your True Self: Aries New Moon

Today, April 18, 2015 at 1:57pm CDT, we arrive at the celestial point where our Moon, Earth and Sun are all completely aligned in the heavens. The new moon occurs when the moon is positioned between the earth and sun. The entire illuminated portion of the moon is on the back side of the moon, the half that we cannot see. This represents preparing ourselves for the new. The New Moon is very important because it intitates energy that will lasts for 4 weeks or a complete Lunar Cycle, this New Moon is in 28' Aries which brings forth a firey, imapatient, and agressive energy to start over and let go. This is such a great time to be slow down and be alone, tuning into your sacred drum beat. So often in life we'll get swifted away with new ideas, new people in our lives, and find that we our drum is beating differently and not resonating with our true selves. Three days leading up to the today's New Moon energy you may have found yourself re-visiting old places that brought back some nostalagic feelings of wholeness, oneness and purpose.
